1. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests will be considered only if made immediately after placing the order.
Once the order has been processed, prepared, or dispatched for shipping, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Orders for perishable food items cannot be cancelled after processing.
2. Perishable Items Policy
Our products are food items and perishable in nature.
Cancellations are not accepted once the order is confirmed.
A refund or replacement may be provided if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or of poor quality.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it within 7 days of delivery.
The issue will be verified by our team before approval.
Once approved, a refund or replacement will be initiated.
4. Product Not as Expected
If the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet expectations, inform us within 7 days.
Our Customer Support team will review the complaint and take an appropriate decision.
5. Manufacturer Warranty
For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are requested
to contact the manufacturer directly.
6. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved by Priyam Traders, it will be processed
within 6–8 business days and credited to the original payment method.
7. Return & Replacement Timeframe
Return Timeframe: If return is accepted by us, the return product will be delivered within 7–10 business days.
Replacement Timeframe: If replacement is accepted by us, the replaced product will be delivered within 7–10 business days.
Return Policy Duration: We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
